Sat together in a cold dark room in Koln, scratching our heads and feeling inspired by previous classic slim line shoes of all time we set about designing the Metric.

Keeping it low, lightweight and comfortable was all part of our plan but once we started to add certain elements to the mix like the Almond multi-zone patterned outer sole and the durable suede and action upper, it just started flowing like a big gushing waterfall made of lovely shoe related ideas, if that makes any sense, which it doesn’t.

Don’t worry about them flagging when it comes to riding either, The Metric like all other Almonds include the EVA midsole and PU insole with comfortable footbed cushion designed to absorb a wide range of impacts and avoid heel bruisings.

The Metric is a sleek, self-assured member of the Almond family and a super-looking all round riding shoe.
